Yeah, those new seats are awfully tiny.  So what are you going to do?

I don't know.  I was hoping I could just use two okay quality boat seats, but in individual seats there doesn't seem to be anything just right for the application, and I don't want to put in a bench or a set.  I'm not great at sewing, but I have reupholstered seats (40 years ago) before.  Maybe I'll just make what I want.  I didn't really want to get that involved in seats though.

You can sew?  Why am I not surprised.  LOL.

I didn't say I was good at it.

I don't have a good sewing machine for upholstery though.  I bought an inexpensive machine last year that was supposed to be good for vinyl, canvas and leather.  Maybe it is, and maybe it isn't, but it only makes one stich.  The loop stich you find on feed bags.  The kind if you pull on the right string the whole thing comes out.  Turned out to be a specialty machine called a bag sealer.  Oops.  LOL.  Doesn't even have a reverse to back and forth over your finish.
