This is the Kicker Buzz Frog.  With feet pointed out like a real frog and a wide stance to the legs it kicks easily, skips well, and its easy to make.

A while back I made an attempt at a soft plastic hollow body frog.  That dream is not dead, but I found the legs kicked just as well as the legs of the Curly Buzz Frog.  They had an issue of tangling once in a while, but I knew the solution.  The thing is I was kinda miffed I didn't get the hollow body to work the way I wanted on the first try so I resisted making what I knew would be a good frog.  Every bit as good as the Curly Buzz Frog I have caught so many fish on over the years.

I finally got over myself and made it.  This is the Kicker Buzz Frog.  With feet pointed out like a real frog and a wide stance to the legs it kicks easily, skips well, and its easy to make.  The introductory price is 59.95 for a single cavity or 199.95 for a four cavity mold.  Sure this is a commercial post, but its not "just" a commercial post.    Even if you aren't interested in making your own baits you may find this short video entertaining.  If you like what you see, but don't make baits, maybe you know somebody else who makes baits who could make them for you.

The hollow body frog IS still in the works.
